Trade Tasmania – Signature Dish
2021 – AGDA Awards – Distinction – Brand and Identity / Brand Expression - Physical
This is one of two domestic market initiatives for Trade Tasmania to promote Tasmanian food and beverage. The other can be seen here.
This project was in response to the unprecedented restrictions in socialising, business and travel due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The objective was to create a highly engaging, premium, and authentic food and beverage activation to increases brand awareness and showcase the outstanding quality of Tasmanian produce to the mainland Australian market.
The idea was simple; everyone has a signature dish. That go-to for when you have friends or family over you want to impress, or simply to satisfy a craving. We asked 10 food-focused influencers and chefs to share with us their signature dishes.
Bespoke ceramic plates were produced in Tasmania, each featured a hand-made portrait of our ambassadors. They were sent along with a box of Tasmanian produce, for which they each prepared a meal showcasing the produce and shared this on their social medial channels. All the recipes were available via a collective hub for the public to download and try for themselves.
