Well, this was a ridiculously fun project to work on.
When two keen backyard gardeners imagine what a local community tomato-centric festival of all festivals looks like, this is the result. Bold, fun, and fresh, with a vibrant twist of a 70s colour pop made this a project a delight from go to woe.

Pippa is a force to be reckoned with. She’s synonymous with the art community in Tasmania and beyond. When Covid hit and this jet-setter was grounded, her infectious energy needed an outlet – and found it – in form of tomatoes. Growing them, talking abut them, cooking them, eating them, drinking them, preserving them; the lot.
Taking the humble home-grown tom to a local community level, Pippa began ‘Tomato - Five Mile Festival’ from its home base of The Salty Dog in Kingston. Fun for all the family.
