Blundstone – Exhibition Design

2021 – AGDA Awards – Finalist – Spatial / Temporary Installations

I was challenged to design an exhibition space to showcase some of Blundstone's archive treasures, as well as its modern products, materials, and manufacturing techniques. The exhibition ran at the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery (TMAG) in 2020.

For 150 years, Tasmanian boot manufacturer Blundstone has been evolving. The company has made boots for soldiers, explorers, footballers, factory workers, farmers and police men and women.  It has also supplied artists, musicians, chefs, tap dancers and Olympic athletes. Family-owned and headquartered in Tasmania, the company has established a global footprint and as it enters a new decade, Blundstone’s global reach is now more than 70 countries worldwide.
