The identity was carried across every touchpoint a guest encounters, from arrival to table: exterior and interior signage, leather-bound menus, coasters, and custom glassware to create a consistent, considered experience. Created in close collaboration with the exceptional production team at MONA, the Children's Library sits within the museum's grand main library, Phrontisterion. The design draws from MONA's own archives — art, texts, maps, graphs, and diagrams — woven together with a mix of historical and contemporary illustration, including original collages of my own. Applied across walls, shelving, seating, and ceiling, the imagery creates the sensation of being physically inside the pages of a book. An Alice in Wonderland sensibility runs throughout. Designers were invited to interpret a number, a paper, and a colour by responding to the central question: “How does colour make you feel?” My colour was a rich chocolate brown with silver ink, and the number ‘4’. Which makes me think of 'cosy' winter making time indoors. So I drew a badly-knitted ‘4’. I love craft, but I can’t knit to save myself. As romantic as knitting something by the fire is, this is the closest I’ll come. Fedrigoni says “This year’s edition is presented as thirteen individual books, each representing a chromatic chapter in a broader colour spectrum. The other can be seen here.&nbsp; This project was in response to the unprecedented restrictions in socialising, business and travel due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The objective was to create a highly engaging, premium, and authentic food and beverage activation specifically for the seafood sector, which increases brand awareness and showcases the outstanding quality of Tasmanian seafood in the mainland Australian market. A modern take on a classic item; the humble souvenir tablecloth was our vehicle to showcase where the produce originated from. An illustration of the produce from each chosen sector was handcrafted from hand-made textured paper and collaged technique, with the final overall design being printed on a luxurious textured oatmeal linen cloth. The limited edition of eight tablecloths were then sent to prominent chefs nationally, each then prepared a meal showcasing the seafood produce and shared this on their social medial channels. All the recipes were available via a collective hub for the public to download and try for themselves. A lone black rabbit often wanders the vineyard rows — quiet, watchful, elusive. Its presence sparked the phrase, “I watch, I wait, I spy a black rabbit,” which became both the label's namesake and its creative spark. This single-varietal vineyard presented a rare design challenge: eight vintages, all pinot noir, each requiring its own identity. To avoid repetition while honouring the wine's continuity, we introduced a series of bespoke rabbit illustrations — the same creature, constantly shifting in posture and movement. With each vintage, the rabbit changes, capturing a sense of vitality and play that mirrors the living character of the vineyard itself.
